Email

The E-mail course is directed at those members who are using the Microsoft Outlook Express e-mail client or program. Many new users of computers are already using e-mail but this course sets out to show how to use the service properly. The course covers the sending and receiving of e-mail and also Replying, Forwarding, attaching files etc. Also covered is the setting up and compiling of the Address Book, using the address book to address outgoing mail both to single and multiple recipients. Receiving mail with attachments can be a problem and saving and scanning attachments for viruses before opening is covered during the course. Copying and adding text to an e-mail message from other sources and e-mails is taught and most important is the exporting and importing of your Address Book to and from a floppy disk. If you ever suffer a computer crash and have not saved your Address Book you may lose a lot of very important contact information. So, what does the E-mail Course have to offer? Well, anyone can send and receive e-mail after a few minutes tuition but doing it properly takes a bit more instruction, a very worthwhile course indeed.
